The calendar of all Rossmoor mutual and GRF Board, committee and taskforce meetings is published weekly in the Rossmoor News. Except for executive sessions, where personnel and other matters demanding privacy are discussed, all meetings are open to all residents of Rossmoor. Executive sessions usually follow open sessions. An agenda for each GRF Board meeting is published in the Rossmoor News in advance of that meeting. Agendas for mutual meetings are posted in advance in the Gateway Administration building.
